Before You Book...
General Information
- For all bookings there will be a 25% non-refundable deposit to confirm your date. - Reservations are accepted in the order they are received via the online booking system. -NO dates will be reserved until deposit payment has been received. - After-hour bookings are available upon request. Use the "Contact Us" form for special requests
Where's the Party?
- 15" x 15" x 15" (ft) CLEARANCE space away from inflatables is required for setup. - If you're unsure, complete your booking and we can review the location provided on the booking page prior to accepting any payment. - 1 Electrical outlet is REQUIRED for setup. - If outlets are limited based on location, a generator can be provided. - Add our generator as an add-on item when completing your booking request.
Payment Options
- For all bookings there will be a 25% non-refundable deposit to confirm your date. - After you have completed your non-refundable deposit, the remaining balance MUST be paid in full 7 days prior to date of event. - NO dates will be reserved until deposit payment has been received. - All payments are accepted through our invoicing system which includes a 3% service fee. - All payments MUST be received 7 days prior to date of event to avoid a non-refundable cancellation. Please contact us immediately if additional arrangements are needed. - Multiple payment options are available 1. Credit Card / Debit Card 2. Paypal 3. Buy Now Pay Later Options (Afterpay, Klarna)
Safety Policy
- All equipment must be used appropriately and responsibly as explained during the setup process. - We fully clean, sanitize and disinfect all of our inflatables after each reservation to ensure safety of our customers. - No cooking grills allowed inside inflatables. They must be at least 15ft away from setup for safety. - Do NOT allow any smoking or sharp objects inside and around the inflatable units. - Please do not unplug or use any power sources provided by Xxclusive Inflatables if they were not included in your booking request. - The client is responsible for providing access to power or securing a generator during the booking process to ensure proper and seamless setup. Please keep in mind the inflatable can not share a power outlet with any other electrical devices.
Time Matters
- Each inflatable booking is for 3 hours (unless you choose the Xpress Package). - Additional time can be purchased during booking under the add-on options. - There will be an additional charge of $75 per 30 minutes that you go over your reservation time. - Please arrive only 30 minutes prior to your reserved booking to allow adequate time for our staff to completely setup. - If you will need time for any setup of your own prior to your guest arrivals, please consider that when determining your booking time slot. - Please keep in mind the inflatable will need to be empty and ready for pickup at your end time to avoid additional rental charges. - You have a 15-minute grace period to arrive at the location to avoid forfeiture of payment or additional fees being processed if you arrive late.
Delivery Options
- We deliver within a 50 mile radius of Auburn, AL. - Additional areas within AL are $1/mile. - Exceptions can be made for areas outside of AL. You will need to contact our staff by clicking contact us to receive those accommodations. - Our team will arrive 1 hour prior to event start time to setup. Please ensure you do not arrive more than 30-minutes prior to booking time to allow for proper setup. -Our team will return to the event location 30 minutes prior to your booking end time to begin pickup process AT the scheduled end time.
Refund Policy
- Refunds can be done up to 48 hours prior to date of event. - Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the date of event are eligible for a full refund, EXCLUDING THE 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. - In the event of cancellation, you may transfer your deposit to a new available date within one year of original event date. - Any requests to reschedule and/or cancellations of your date of event MUST be made within 7 days prior to date of event. - Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the date of event will result in forfeiture of all payments. NO refunds! - NO refunds are allowed on the date of event!
Inclement Weather
- In the event of inclement weather, Xxclusive Inflatables reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the rental in the interest of safety of our client and our team. - If the reservation is cancelled due to these circumstances, the client will have the option to reschedule to the next available time and/or date. - Our inflatables can not be used in the event of rain or high winds exceeding 15mph. - Xxclusive Inflatables LLC is not liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters or any other uncontrollable emergencies.

Location needs to give approximately 15ft X 15ft X 15ft space clearance away from the inflatable unit

Does the location have enough electrical outlets? The inflatable will need one outlet that can't be shared.

If the location does NOT have an electrical outlet, a generator can be provided but MUST be added at booking.

Once we have received your booking request, a member of our team will review the request. You will receive a follow-up email or call to confirm the selections received. After confirming your booking, you will receive an invoice via email. Your 25% non-refundable deposit will need to be received the same day the invoice is sent. The non-refundable deposit finalizes your booking and confirms your event date.
